Buys & Associates, Inc. has been Acquired by The Kleinfelder Group  January 14, 2011

We are very pleased to announce that on December 17, 2010, Buys & Associates, Inc. (B&A) was acquired by The Kleinfelder Group, an employee-owned science and engineering firm headquartered in San Diego, California, that employs nearly 2,000 professionals in over 60 offices.  After twenty plus years under the independent ownership and management of Marty Buys, B&A will transition into a new business unit within Kleinfelder's Energy Group.  For more information about Kleinfelder please visit their website at www.kleinfelder.com.
