Buys & Associates, Inc. will be hosting a one-day Stormwater Management & Erosion Control workshop in which we will provide attendees with knowledge of current (and changing) EPA and state regulations, step by step instructions for permit and Stormwater Management Plan preparation/development, and what regulatory agencies are looking for in site-inspections. Course completion will recognize participants as "qualified individuals", in accordance with EPA regulations.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made one week prior to the workshop date will receive a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee or credit towards a future workshop of equal or lesser value. Cancellations made less than one week prior to workshop date may receive a credit towards a future course, but no monetary refund will be granted.

John A. Jehn, P.G., Stormwater Program Manager

John A Jehn heads the Stormwater Management, Quality Assurance and Quality Control group at B&A. He is a geologist with twenty years of experience in the fields of construction, remediation, geotechnical, and environmental sciences.
His skills include: Stormwater management, state discharge permit applications, NPDES permitting, large-scale field project management, erosion and sediment control designs, road, highway, and runway installations, and quality assurance and quality control.
Professional Experience Includes:

- Registered Professional Geologist (Geology)- TN, No. TN3321
- NICET Level II Certified in Construction Materials, Testing Soils, Concrete & Asphalt
- Member of American Society of Quality
